# Why can I not adjust the height of my print?
## When you upload an image for printing, our system automatically calculates the height to maintain the original aspect ratio, preventing any distortion during printing.
### What is Aspect Ratio?
The aspect ratio of an image is the relationship between its width and height. For example, an image that is 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels tall has an aspect ratio of 4:3.
