Order Changes and Cancellations

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation. Request any changes or cancellations immediately. Changes within 2 hours are free; thereafter, a $7.00 admin fee and additional charges may apply. Once shipped, all sales are final.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a detailed order confirmation. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order enters production, change-order fees may apply.

Our fee schedule is as follows:

• Changes made within 2 hours of placing your order can be made at no charge.
• Once an order has entered production, changes are subject to a $7.00 admin fee + 50% of any item or portion of your order that has been custom cut to your specifications.
• Once packaged and ready to ship, typically within 3 business days, all sales are final.

How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after receiving your order confirmation. Timing crucial, as modifications can only be made before your order enters production.

Fee Schedule for Order Changes

1. Changes Within 2 Hours

• If you request changes within 2 hours of placing your order, you can modify it with no admin fees.

2. Changes After 2 Hours

• Once the 2-hour window has passed, a $7.00 administrative fee will apply for any changes made.
• When an order has entered production, changes are subject to a $7.00 administrative fee + 50% of any item or portion of your order that has been custom cut to your specifications.

3. Completed Orders

• Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, typically within 3 business days, all sales are considered final. No further changes or cancellations can be processed at this stage.
