Account holders can view their order history in the 'Order History' tab after logging in, while non-account holders can check their status using their order number, last name, and zip code or email on the order status page.
Finding Your Order History
If you have an account:
- Access your American Frame account by logging in.
- Navigate to the 'Order History' tab on your My Account page.
- Here, you will find a comprehensive list of your past orders, including details such as order dates, items purchased, and status.
If you do not have an account:
If you did not create an account when placing your order, you can still check your order status:
- Go to our order status page here.
- Have the following information ready:
- Your order number.
- The last name used in the billing address.
- The zip code or email used at checkout.
- Enter the required details to view the status of your order.
