Check your order status on the Order Status page using your order number, last name, and zip code or email. Account holders can view all orders in the Order History section.
Checking Your Order Status
1. Not Logged In: Visit the Order Status Page
- You can check the status of your order by visiting our dedicated order status page here.
To check your order status, have the following information ready:
- Order Number: This is provided in your order confirmation email.
- Last Name: Use the last name associated with the billing address of the order.
- Zip Code or Email: Provide either the zip code or the email address used during checkout.
2. Logged In: Account Order History
- If you are signed into your American Frame account, you can conveniently view all your order statuses in your Order History section.
- If you don’t have an account and would like to sign up, you can create an account here.
