How to Order Multi Opening Mats
Prepare Your Design
To ensure your mat board openings are cut according to your specifications, please provide a drawing of your desired layout. You can create this drawing in one of two ways:
- Hand-drawn: Sketch your design on paper, ensuring clarity in the dimensions and placement of each opening.
- Digital: Use graphic design software to create your drawing.

Submit Your Drawing
Once your drawing is complete, follow these steps:
- Add a Note to Your Order: In the notes section of your order, indicate that you will be sending a drawing for your multi opening mat.
- Email Your Drawing: Send your drawing to us at procut@americanframe.com. Ensure that the file is clear and legible.
Please remember to include a note or reach out to Customer Service to inform us that you will be submitting a diagram for the mat board cutting process.
Confirmation and Pricing
After we receive your diagram, our team will:
- Contact You: We will reach out to confirm your design details and ensure everything meets your desired outcome.
- Calculate Your Total Price:
- Mat Board Cost: This varies based on the size and material selected.
- Custom Design Fee: A $10 fee will be applied for the multi-opening design.
- Opening Fees: Each window opening will incur a charge of $6.
